space within our Berber tents can be accommodated, and each tent
can easily host up to 6 people under one roof.
Price for one person :
- Night and breakfast : 130 dirhams

have no alcohol licence, but you can bring your own bottles
and drink them at the Oasis.
For all the rest, we are at your disposal. Our cool
drinks are really cool, coming directly from the fridge.

One day without bivvy : you go back in the Oasis
One day with bivvy : you sleep under the tent, in a bivvy organized
for you only.
These prices are « per person ». They include meals,
accompanists, transportation (fuel included) and water. Other
drinks, and lodging others than bivouac are not included, depending
on your itinerary.

Our
prices are calculated for groups of 4 to 6 people. If your group
is of a different size, these prices may not apply, please contact
us and we will calculate the best price possible.
Except if said otherwise, prices
include :
- Transfer from / to airport or train station,
in the city where the tour starts. For other transfers, please
contact us.
- A dinner on the day of arrival, and all
meals during the tour.
- Lodging. We operate the bivouacs, and provide
the tents, camping, hotels and inns always have (except if
mentioned in the description), European WC and warm showers.
Most of the time they also have air-conditioning (but not
in the deserts, or in some mountain passes where nights are
cold), and offer portable heating in the winter.
- Transportation camels, 4-wheels vehicle,
minibus, cars or taxis, fuel, and drivers’ salary
- Guides’ salary
Are not included :
- Cost of your transport to the starting
point of the tour
- Visas costs, airport taxes and other similar
costs
- Insurances (cancellation, luggage lost,
etc.)
- Drinks other than breakfast and water during
the meals
- Visits, and entrances in monuments
- Extra tours or extra guides when mentioned
in the tour description
- Meal on departure day.

For custom-made tours, after agreeing on the itinerary and
activities, you’ll receive a formal proposal detailing
what is and what is not included. As well as for normal tours,
the number or people have an impact on the price, and if it
changes, we can invoice you an extra cost.
For any other allowance, event or celebration, you’ll
receive a detailed and final proposal, detailing the organization
and the scenario of the event.

Deposit : when you book,
we shall ask you a deposit of 30%.
Payment : you can pay the
deposit by draft, on a European account, or by pay-pal. We shall
ask you to pay the remaining 70% on arrival, before the departure
of the tour (or when you leave the Oasis for lodging there), in
cash, euros or dirham. If you want to make a draft for the second
part, we'll ask you to send the money to our Moroccan account,
and consider 10 days for the transfer.
Cancellation : depending
on the season and the tour or event type, we are obliged to
book in advance for you. Cancellation costs will be explained
when you book.
