Ingredients :
For 6 persons
500 grams chickpeas
4 branches celery
1 big onion
1 bunch of parsley
1 binch of fresh coriander
1 cube of concentrated chicken broth
1 tablespoon of baking soda
salt |
- The day before, soak the chickpeas in a large
cold water bowl
- Wash and peel the chickpeas. Peel the celery
and cut it into pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and chisel
the parsley and the coriander.
- Dilute the chicken broth in a pot, and put
all the ingredients, salt, bring to boiling point, and let simmer
over low heat for 45 minutes.
