Ingredients :
For 6 persons
1 1/2 kilo fresh beans
4 garlic cloves
4 sprigs of fresh coriander
4 teaspoons of ground cumin
The juice of one lemon
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

- Soak the beans for a few hours, peel them,
wash them and boil them in salted water till they are tender
Prepare the garlic cloves (peel and remove
the germs), wash the coriander and chisel it.
- Strain the beans and cool them.
- In a salad bowl, mix them with all ingredients.
The salad can be served lukewarm, or cold.
