Ingredients :
For 4 persons
500 grams spaghettis
200 grams Ricotta
4 tablespoons olive oil
Half a bunch of fresh basil
Salt, pepper
Saffron

- Prepare your saffron by grounding 0,1 gram
- Take the basil leaves and save. Tie the stems
together and put them in a pot of boiling salted water, with a
little bit of olive oil and a pinch of the saffron.
- Chisel thinly the basil leaves (save a few
for decoration), mash ricotta with a fork, and mix it with the
olive oil, the saffron, salt and pepper.
- When the spaghettis are done, strain them,
lay them in a hot plate, pour the ricotta with saffron and strew
with the chiselled basil. Mix, and add the last leaves as decoration.
