Ingredients :
For 4 persons
1 litre milk
300 grams sugar
1à egg yolks
150 fresh cream
0,1 – 0,2 grams saffron

- Soak the saffron threads in cold milk for an
hour.
- Prepare a thin custard by whipping together
the yolks and sugar. Add slowly the milk with the saffron and
mix well.
- Put on the fire and stop as soon as boiling
point is reach.
- The cream must hang to the spoon. Whip up the
fresh cream and slowly add the custard.
- Pour in the ice-maker and put in the freezer
for 6 hours.
